For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

One Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold only one ph987 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph987 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ph987 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph987 login credentials. General Bonus Rules:

Game Outcomes: The outcome of all games on the ph987 Platform is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the live dealer. ph987 does not manipulate game outcomes.

All content on the ph987 Platform, including but not limited to the ph987 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video, is the exclusive property of ph987 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph987 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. ph987's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ph987 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph987 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph987 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph987's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

ph987 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;

Bonus Balances and associated winnings are non-refundable upon Account closure.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

ph987 operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable PAGCOR regulations, the applicable PAGCOR regulations shall prevail.
